At Anto Mobistore, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. Our Return & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which customers can return products and request refunds.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Products are eligible for return under the following conditions:

  • Item is damaged, defective, or not as described
  • Wrong item received
  • Product packaging is intact and item is unused
  • Return request is made within 7 days of delivery

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling
  • Used accessories or those with signs of wear
  • Tempered glass, earphones, or charging cables once opened (for hygiene reasons)

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email antomobistore@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 9677623975 with:
    • Order ID
    • Reason for return
    • Clear photos of the product (for damage or defect)
  2. Our support team will review and respond within 48 hours
  3. If approved, courier pickup will be scheduled or the customer may be advised to ship the product back
  4. Once received, item will be inspected within 2–3 business days

3. Refunds

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method if:

  • The returned product passes inspection
  • The issue is verified as genuine (defect, damage, etc.)

Refund Timeline:

  • 7–10 business days from approval
  • You’ll receive email confirmation once processed

In case of prepaid orders, the refund will be credited to your card or bank account. For Cash on Delivery (COD), a refund may be provided via UPI or bank transfer.

4. Exchanges

If the item is available in stock, we may offer a replacement rather than a refund, based on customer preference.

5. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before shipment. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible—but you can initiate a return after delivery if eligible.
